Samsung Copycat

Does the Samsung phone on the left look similar to the Apple iPhone??

Samsung's home country, South Korea, is being sued by Apple for supposedly copying Apple's design of the iPhone.

Instead of giving their new phone a similar name to the iPhone, it's called the Samsung Galaxy S.

And this isn't Samsung's first time having problems with Apple. Earlier back in April this year, they were sued for copying, not just the iPhone again, but the iPad as well.

There's a lot of phones out there that look vaguely similar to other phones as well. Maybe Apple's being a little to harsh on Samsung...? What do you think?
